LumenIQ Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") operates the OCNexus platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
When you sign in via GitHub OAuth, we receive your GitHub username, email address, avatar URL, and public profile information. We store this to identify your account and communicate with you.
When you connect a repository, we access its contents (source code, issues, pull requests, file structure) to perform pipeline operations you request. We do not access repositories you have not explicitly connected. Repository data is processed in memory during pipeline runs and is not persisted beyond what is necessary to display results in the dashboard.
We collect anonymized usage metrics including pipeline run counts, phase durations, token consumption, and feature usage. This data is used to improve the Service and is not linked to your source code.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details. We retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription status for billing management.
OCNexus routes your code through AI models (primarily Anthropic Claude) to perform analysis, implementation, and review. Your code is sent to these providers' APIs for processing. We do not use your code to train or fine-tune AI models. AI providers process your data according to their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys and credentials are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain a vulnerability response process.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. Pipeline run logs and chat history are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.

The Service uses essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed as we only use strictly necessary cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your data may be processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the US. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
